Birthday, Halloween, and snow!

Today, we woke up to millions of beautiful snowflakes falling on the ground! This is the 2nd day it snowed so far and we are so excited! We got all the snow clothes out and played in the snow all morning. It was too heavy to sled, but it was PERFECT for snowmen! :)  So glad it's winter.  I love the snow!

Now let's take a stroll through the recent past.  Fall fun finished with fishing and leaves.  Halloween came and went and BRYLEE TURNED FOUR!!!

This is a video of Brylee announcing the we are about to start family home evening into her flower microphone. I thought it was hilarious! Here are the subtitles: Ladies and Gentlemen, we're gonna do a dance tomorrow right now! So I want you to come along over here while we march. Have fun at home evening while we get honest with ourselves about being modest. If you have a problem, come get me. Is that ok? Ok.
Then this is little miss bry teaching the camera what she learned during FHE. Modesty head shoulders knees and toes. Apparently, that shirt doesn't follow the rules!  We got rid of it that night!  :) She is the best.

Brysie thoroughly enjoys his time on the pontoon fishing with Daddy.

Tough guys!

YeeHaw!  Ride 'em Cowboy!

Some of my clients and I ran a 5k called the zombie run. The humans had an orange handkerchief and started running at 10:00. Then the zombies started at 10:01 and chased us down. The goal was for the humans to outrun the zombies, but if they caught you, they took your hankie and you became a zombie! I am proud to say, I came in 4th and still had my hankie! I'm a survivor! Mark and Kathy ran it with me and they both did really well too! :) It really was a blast, although it's a bit ridiculous that I'm by FAR the reddest in the face. Wait, who's the trainer here?! Haha. Curse you redhead skin pigmentation!

Then we went to Idaho Falls for “Spook Ally Night.” My mama and sistas all go to a bunch of spook allies every Halloween. It is probably my favorite tradition! It is so fun! I'm always sick and have no voice for a week after... but oh it is sooo worth it! Haha.
On the way to spook ally night, we stopped for a visit to the dentist at Uncle Andy's office! It was fun to see him in action. Brylee did have a cavity but was SOOO good and just laid so still while Andy fixed her up. Thanks Andy! This is the kids both sitting in one dental chair watching the TV on the ceiling.  :)
Then we went to the Aggie game! It was a BLAST! These little cuties had a LOT of fun.. till the 3rd quarter... then they got bored. But the Aggies were up by 30 so we weren't too sad to leave. Really fun game to watch. We played in the leaves on our way out. I love fall! :)
Then the big day came! HALLOWEEN!  We carved pumpkins that we grew in our own little pumpkin patch!
Brylee was a cheerleader and Brysie was a football player. The day was filled with tricks and treats and a little kid haunted house which Brylee liked and Brysen SOO did not.

Miss Brylee giving a little cheer! B-R-Y-S-E-N! Go Brysen! Woo woo woo! She loves her little brother!

The highlight of the day was a kids Halloween Zumba class at my gym!  It was SO fun.  Brylee did really well with the choreography!  She didn't want to leave.  Brysen took a while to warm up to it but then he really got his groove on.

Then we finished off the night with Trunk or Treat. All in all it was a great day with these two cuties!

Brylee is 4!  I can't believe my baby girl has been here for 4 years already!  She is beautiful, fun, smart, and excited about life.  Love her so much and am so proud of my big big girl.  Two days before her birthday, she got to have dinner and cupcakes at G-ma Blanche and G-pa Leon's house.  They are so sweet to think of her always.  On her birthday, she got to open presents and wear ANYTHING she wanted when we went to work/kids'club.  She chose her new ballerina leotard, some sweat pants, and a cute new pink shirt with ballet slippers.  So cute!

Later, she got to play at a friends' house, go to the Jump Zone trampoline park and eat at any restaurant in the world... she chose Mcdonald's with the play place (Soooo not my choice, but well, it wasn't my birthday!).  Then, the next day, she had 5 little friends over for a birthday party.  They played games, made pizzas, and sang her a birthday song when we brought out the cake and ice cream.

Then G-ma Sue and G-pa Jo came to see her.  They were sweet enough to take her to dinner again at Texas Roadhouse.  She got to ride the saddle and get ice cream for her bday! YeeeeHaw!

All in all, it was an amazing week for my biggest girl in the world.  When I asked her why she was so old she said "I'm four because I eat a lot.  And I'm almost 16 because I have great big feet!"  Haha.  She is so funny!

A photo filled recap

Yes, I have been nominated for the laziest blogger of the year award... and I won!  7 months without a word or photo!  I am THAT good.  Anyway, here is a super speed rundown.  Some videos and photos for your enjoyment!  :)  They aren't totally in chronological order so sorry if that drives you crazy.  I was (of course) too lazy to fix all that!  Well, good luck and happy reading/viewing.  This is the longest blog post in history so if you need to, just take it a little at a time and come back for more then next day.  Pace yourselves!  :)

Brysen had his first birthday back in March and these were his party guests!

Before cake...
After cake! :)
Someone is happy about his first motorcycle! :)
Brylee's first mechanical bull ride!  Yee-Haw!

And for Seffy...  and for Grace!  So fun to play with cousins!
Paint a rock... and FOCUS!
First haircut by a professional...
Before... After!  Thanks Kritsy Fairbanks!
Then came EASTER!  Yay for the Richmond Easter Egg hunt!  Brylee loved it.
Brysen obviously didn't really get it. :)

For Easter we went out to Malta (right after the easter eggs in Richmond of course!).  Sue and Joe have made Easter into a MAJOR holiday in this family and it seriously is SOOO Fun!

To start it off, the cousins all went hiking at City of Rocks.

Deryk, Braden, and I braved Bath Rock.

Braden went all the way up to the tippy top... crazy man!

If you zoom in a little on that shot, you can see me huddled in a ball on the rock.  I'm... let's say slightly afraid of heights.  haha.
Then we did an Easter photo shoot for the kiddies.

These Cute cousins were so loving picture day!

My cute cute boy.

And this face explains why there are 500 pix of Brylee and only 4 of Brysen.  He was... less than enthused about photos.

After our photo shoot, it was time for the great kids easter hunt!  Grandma Sue GOES ALL OUT!

And all the kiddies love it!  And the adults love it too!  Here is a video of the adult hunt: food, eggs filled with MONEY, toys, games, prizes... the list goes on!  It's like a jungle out there.  Every man for himself!  Ready GO!
Found this cute pic of G-ma Beyler.  Love her!
Then Logan City demolished our old house.  It was way fun to watch!  Here's a before, during and after.  You'd never even know there was ever a house there now!

Black and White Days Carnival in Richmond!

Then track season at Preston High School.  2 of my kids placed at State!  Kennidee in Pole Vault and Matt in High Jump!

Just 2 cute pics of Bry!
Lots of swimming this summer.  Look at that boys' belly hangover!  Haha.
Trampoline with sprinklers was a weekly event... As was sticking tongues out for pictures! :)
And of course, the magical slip n slide.  We combined forces with the next door neighbors and put together 70 feet of slide and a pool at the end!  So awesome!

And we had lots of fun on weird toys at parks...

Brylee also learned how to ride a bike without training wheels!  go Brylee go!

Brysen learned some tricks too.

And we spent lots of time with Grama Blanche and Bapa Leon.  These kids sure know how to make G-ma work!  It is so fun to live close to them!
My lovely roses!  Had to share them :)
Brylee and her drinking buddy. haha
Brysen experiencing the country life.
Eating the 500th popsicle this summer with our friend Seth!  So fun to have Kathy and Seth come see us.
In June, Braden and I were Ma and Pa for Trek.  This is our awesome family!
Extreme Signs Baby!
Baby Addison's baby blessing.
She is such a babe!
Beautiful girl.
All the great grands with G&G Stoddard
All the great grands with G&G Astle
Then we had Grandma Stoddard's 80th birthday!  I cannot believe she's 80!  She is so excellent!
And later, took a fishing trip in Malta.  The kids had a great time learning how to fish with Daddy!

Spent some time with Grandma Barrett.  Brylee loves all her Grandmas!
G-ma Beyler's 80th bday!  Brylee loves g-ma despite the look on her face in this photo.  Haha.

Now and update on Camping!  We bought this cute little camper back in June and took her out a few times.
Then we decided to fix her up and sell her.  Here's what she looked like when we were done.

So then we bought a bigger camper and went out in that one!  We really had a lot of fun camping this summer!

This is a very sad photo of the day Brysen got stung by a wasp on his lip!  We discovered he's allergic when his lip swelled up like a balloon!  Poor little man!  After a popsickle, the swelling went away and he was fine.
This is Aiden Keck - my best friend Jessica Keck's oldest kid.  He is one of Brylee's besties and one of the cutest boys in the world!  Listen to these giggles!

And this is Hadley Keck - Jessica's middle child.  Aren't they so cute together!  I love these kids to death!

Moving on to the next big holiday recap.  4th of July!  Started out with fireworks in Logan.  Party on daddy!
Then we went camping in Idaho with my family to celebrate the 4th with the cousins!
There was motorcycle and 4wheeler riding, horseback riding, and even trailer riding to and from the canoes.  Lol.
Aunt Whitty was sweet enuf to bring up here horsey for all the kids to have a ride.

Again, Brysen was less than enthused.

Then awesome Grandpa Dave had a brilliant idea to mow out a spot in a field where we could play kickball!  It was A BLAST!  Everyone had lots and lots of fun running and kicking and tripping and laughing.  Here are some pics from that.

This is one of my favorite photos in the world.  Baby Addi loves G-ma Blanche!

Then it was on to the splash park to finish out a wonderful 4th of July weekend!  Thanks family!

Late in July, Chick-Fil-A did a dress up like a cow day so guess who was there!  These cute little moo-ers! Haha

Then we had the BEYLER REUNION!  This event is always a big smash! It was so fun this year.  We went to Kelly Canyon ski lodge.  We had a watermelon carving contest.  These are the winners!  Kenzie and Sherri with their awesome turtle.
There were balloon hats and animals...
Oh and real animals too!  We found a bat in one room!
Tehre was a cupcake contest.  G-ma won best tasting...
And Tarl won best in show!  They were little cheeseburgers1! (Not a great photo but they were sooo awesome!)
I made the "Despicable Me" minions.  didn't win but had to show how cute they are!
There was a Rook tourny.  Marty and Randy won (but Austin and I were a very close second! lol)
We also went golfing.  The 2 winners - Doug with the lowest score and Austin with the highest!  Austy and I actually tied for the worst, but I will just photo humiliate him alone :)
And there were those fun little cart toys.
Karaoke night was also a big hit.  Here's the older cousins singing their hearts out.  That Taylor Swift is an inspiration. haha.
Sue did a great job and everyone had so much fun!

In august, found this little friend in the back yard... AH!!!!!!
Sent Bridger out to find it... all he found were squirrels.  But we never did see the snake again.  Whew!

This is about 1/4 of my apple harvest.  Made some yummy things out of the green ones... now I need to do the red ones!
We also had some pumpkins... This is how a real country family harvests pumpkins!  Four wheeler style.  :)
We live next door to the cutest family - The Palmers.  This is Hudson.  He and Brylee are such cute little friends and play together all the time.  Huddy's older sisters desided to get them all dressed up and do a wedding photo shoot for them!  Cutest thing ever.  Here are some of the photos of their big day!

A few weeks ago, we decided to redo our entryway.  this is before.
And this is after!  Braden is amazing!  He put up a wall, put in French doors and shadow boxing.  So fun!  He now has an office he can work from home in... if he ever decides to do that.

And it was Braden and Bridger's Birthdays this weekend.  So blessed to have a wonderful husband who has a wonderful family!

Speaking of wonderful family, here are our latest family pix. LOL

Some of Miss Brylee.  She loves picture days.

And here's some silly ones of Brylee and me together!

And again, there's only 2 of Brysen.  Not because we have a favorite and not favorite child... but because he doesn't do picture days!

The end.  Feeling blessed.
