St. George and Brysie B-day!

In February, I decided I was sick of winter, so we escaped to St. George for 2 weeks!  Here is a little report of our adventures!

It was so fun to stay with G-ma and G-pa!  They showed us lots of fun hot spots!  We started out going to this great park and enjoying the sunshine!  Love you 75 degrees in February!

Then we hiked up the hill behind our condo for a picnic.  So fun to have Dad home everyday for lunch!

 Here's the view from there.

Most nights, we played hide and seek.  Brysen got REALLY into it and LOVED to be it.  "FOUND YOU!" is the cutest thing ever.  (Try to look past the drool line that goes all the way to his belly!)

Then we packed up in the car and get excited to go hiking!
We found a super cool but really hard hike.  The kids did so great!  Brylee even found a cave.

Half way up... yes it was THAT steep!
 View from the top!  Awesome.

The kids were a bit tired afterward... didn't even get out of the parking lot before they were asleep!

Then G-ma and G-pa told us about this little fishing pond they found.  It was SOOO fun!  We caught a fish about every other cast!  So fun.

 Brylee liked feeding the ducks.
She wouldn't touch the fish even though she reeled it all the way in herself!

If you've never been to a Kids Museum, go!  It's SO FUN!  Everything is just miniature sized!

 Tiniest, cutest fireman ever!

Brylee sang her little heart out on the big stage!  She knows every single word to Frozen's "Let it Go" and put on quite a show!
You can't hear her because of the game someone else is playing behind me, but it was super cute!

First splash park day of the year!  Can't go to one of these in Logan for another 5 months!

It was such a great spring vacation!  Thanks Braden for getting permission to work remotely!  And Thanks g-ma and G-pa for letting us crash your party for days on end!  After we came home from St. George, Brysen managed to ride down our super steep driveway on his little tractor thing.  Look closely and you can see how beat up his little head is!
Later that same day, Brylee crashed her bike and got owies of her own (skinned knee not in picture but was a good one!)

Then it was little man's 2nd b-day!  Can't believe he's 2!  I love this little buddy! Here's before cake...
 And after!
 Cheese!  Someone's excited for presents!
His favorite toy was his Lightning Mcqueen car.  Don't worry, he also got a new helmet!

Last week, Steph and her kids came down and we had a great time playing.  They really wanted to "swim" in our big green tub... all of them! :)
So Far, 2014 has been great!  Looking forward to many more fun and exciting things!
